About this Tool
This program is designed to turn multiple comparison results from post-hoc analysis (like Tukey's HSD) into easily readable scientific Compact Letter Displays (CLD). It assigns letters to groups such that groups sharing the same letter are not significantly different.
- Select the number of groups you analyzed.
- Choose input type: Mean/Error (Bar Graph) or Box Plot Stats (Box Plot) - (this is just for presentation).
- Enter the Group Names (Required) and data (Optional). Customize colors and patterns.
- Check the boxes for pairs that showed significant differences (p < 0.05) in your analysis.
* This application is for personal use only.
